Hi! I'm Priscilla, an aspiring pastry chef.

 

I started out Prisbakes in early 2o16 as a hobby and one thing led to another, i decided to pursue pastry full-time after my graduation from NUS. I chose to work in a professional pastry kitchen before my enrolment in pastry school so to be sure that this was the direction i want to head in life.

 

Hence, after 1 year of doing so, i was even more certain that i want to pursue this as my full-time career. I enrolled in Ferrandi Paris and have since graduated from the Intensive Professional Program in French Pastry.
